Terms of Service
TECHNOSKY LTD · 89 Copperfield Road, Rochester, ME1 2JE, United Kingdom · network@technosky.works · +44 7743 889900 · technosky.works
1. Agreement to these Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the website https://technosky.works operated by TECHNOSKY LTD, 89 Copperfield Road, Rochester, ME1 2JE, United Kingdom (“the Site”). By accessing the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Sales of goods, refurbished units, parts, install work, and trade-in credits are governed by the separate Terms and Conditions, which prevail over these Terms of Service in any conflict about products or payment. These Terms of Service prevail for website access, content, and acceptable use.
2. The Site is a communication groove, not a live stock feed
Pages describe our method and sectors: household appliances and electrical and electronic goods merchant wholesale, electronics and appliance retail, used merchandise, electronic parts and equipment not elsewhere classified, computer and software sales, refurbished consumer electronics, components sourcing, e-waste and trade-in, and smart-home retail and installation. Descriptions are not a continuous offer of every SKU. Photographs are staged still-lifes on lacquer and kraft surfaces; they are not a promise that a particular branded unit is in the Copperfield Road building at the moment you look. Matrix codes such as MX-17 are illustrative catalogue language.
3. Accounts and accuracy
The public Site does not require an account. If we later offer a portal, you must keep credentials confidential and tell us of misuse. You must provide accurate information on any form. You must not impersonate another trader or submit a stolen-device story as a trade-in.
4. Acceptable use
You must not attack, scrape in a way that impairs, overload, or attempt to probe the Site. You must not introduce malware. You must not use the Site to send spam. You must not upload unlawful content. You must not attempt to reverse engineer services beyond what a public HTML page already discloses. You must not use the contact form to abuse staff. We may block IP addresses and report crime.
5. Intellectual property
The Site design, text, and original photographs are owned by TECHNOSKY LTD or licensed to it. You may view them for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not copy the Site as a template for a competing merchant, strip our name, or present our still-lifes as your warehouse. Trade marks remain ours. Third-party marks in copy, if any, belong to their owners and are used for identification.
6. Third-party services
Maps, fonts, and browsers are outside our control. Their failure is not a breach by us of a website service level, because we do not sell uptime as a product. Do not rely on the Site as your only copy of an invoice; keep the paper or PDF we send after a real cut.
7. Privacy
Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Email on the Site is shown as plain text: network@technosky.works. Telephone +44 7743 889900.
8. Disclaimer of website warranties
The Site is provided as available. We do not warrant that it is uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components originating outside our files. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties about the website as a digital service. This exclusion does not affect mandatory consumer rights in goods you actually buy under the Terms and Conditions, and it does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Limitation of liability for website use
Our liability for website-only use (failed page load, misread copy, map not displaying) is limited to five hundred pounds in aggregate, or the amount you paid us specifically for website access in the previous twelve months, which is typically nil. This cap does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by English law. Commercial users should keep their own records rather than treating a browser cache as a contract.
10. Changes, governing law
We may change these Terms of Service by posting a new version on the Site. Continued use after posting is acceptance of the new version for subsequent visits. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may use the courts of their UK residence if the law so provides. Contact: TECHNOSKY LTD, 89 Copperfield Road, Rochester, ME1 2JE, United Kingdom.
11. Linking
You may link to the homepage of the Site using the address of the domain, not a fabricated index filename, provided the link is not misleading and does not suggest endorsement. You may not frame the Site so that our content appears to be yours. We may withdraw linking permission by notice.
12. User content
If you send a message through the form, you grant us a licence to use that content to reply, to fulfil an order, and to keep records. You warrant that you have the right to send it and that it is not defamatory or confidential to a third party without authority. We may refuse to publish user content; the Site is not a public forum.
13. Availability of the Rochester desk versus the Site
Desk hours are stated on the contact page. The Site may remain visible when the desk is closed. A form submitted at night is not an emergency electrical service. Do not use the Site to report a fire, theft in progress, or medical emergency. Use the appropriate public number.
14. Assignment
We may assign these Terms of Service in a sale of the website or the Company. You may not assign your use rights. If a provision is invalid, the rest remains. Our failure to enforce a clause is not a waiver.
15. Entire agreement for website use
These Terms of Service, plus the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement for website use. They do not replace a signed wholesale account form. Notices about the Site may be posted on the Site itself.
16. Accuracy of information and reliance
You must not rely on the Site as a live inventory. If a page still photographs a lacquer disc beside cartons, that does not mean a particular branded appliance is on the pallet behind the door on Copperfield Road. Telephone or write for a current cut. We may update copy without notifying each past visitor. Cached copies on your device may be stale. That is ordinary for a website, not a breach of a supply contract you have not yet formed.
17. Prohibited scraping and misuse of matrix language
You must not harvest the Site to train a competing catalogue that presents our grade language as yours. You must not flood the form with generated messages. You must not attempt to use our matrix codes as if they were payment tokens. MX-17 on the hero is a design anchor, not a coupon.
18. Suspension
We may suspend access to the Site for maintenance, for legal risk, or because a network of requests is degrading the host. We will restore access when it is reasonable. There is no service-credit regime because you have not purchased website availability as a product.
19. Indemnity for website misuse
If you are a business and your misuse of the Site causes us loss — for example a scrape that takes the host offline during a trading day, or an injection attempt that requires forensic time — you will indemnify us for reasonable and evidenced costs. Consumers are not asked for a sweeping indemnity that would be unfair; they remain liable for their own unlawful acts under general law.
20. Notices about the Site
Notices about these Terms of Service may be posted on the Site. Notices about a supply contract must follow the Terms and Conditions. A comment on a social network that we do not operate is not notice to TECHNOSKY LTD.
21. Consumer users of the website
If you browse as a consumer, you still agree not to attack the Site. Your mandatory rights in Goods arise only when you buy, under the Terms and Conditions. Reading a legal page does not waive those rights. It also does not create rights in a photograph of a kettle on a vinyl disc.
22. Version and contact
These Terms of Service are issued for 2026 on technosky.works. Contact TECHNOSKY LTD, 89 Copperfield Road, Rochester, ME1 2JE, United Kingdom, network@technosky.works, +44 7743 889900. Related pages include the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Terms and Conditions.
23. Malware, injections and form abuse
Submitting script tags, SQL fragments, or file payloads through the name, email, or message fields is prohibited. The form is a mastering request note, not a remote shell. We may discard such submissions and block the address. You remain responsible for a device of yours that fires an attack without your conscious typing if you have failed to keep it reasonably secure, as general law on negligence may apply to businesses.
24. Survival
Clauses on intellectual property, acceptable use, limitation, indemnity, and governing law survive the end of your browsing session. A session is not a contract term that expires when you close a tab if you have already copied our photographs unlawfully. Contact remains TECHNOSKY LTD, 89 Copperfield Road, Rochester, ME1 2JE, United Kingdom, network@technosky.works, +44 7743 889900.
25. Status of these website terms
These Terms of Service complete the website layer of the TECHNOSKY LTD legal set. They are short because the Site is a brochure and a request channel, not a hosted software platform sold by the hour. If we later add a customer portal with logins, we will lengthen this sheet and present it again before you create credentials. Until then, browse, write, and do not attack the host.
